Processing your order (we now accept credit card payments)
You may order from Natcoll Publishing in a number of ways.
- Using our online shop an order will be sent directly to our customer service department.
- Or you may call us toll free (Australia 1800 180 931, NZ 0800 66 55 44 ext 5) and place your order with one of our friendly operators.
- If you prefer you may email; fax or post your purchase order to us (contact information). Click to download a faxable order form: Australian customers, New Zealand customers.
- We Now Accept Credit Card Payments.
It helps us to process your order effeciently and keep you informed if you are able to supply several points of contact (email, telephone and fax number) and a physical delivery address. This information is kept in secure storage and is not shared commercially.
Making payment
Invoicing is in the currency of your country of residence for New Zealand and Australian customers. (Other customers will be contacted directly.) Payment may be made directly using the banking details supplied on the invoice, or you may prefer to pay by cheque (please do not send cash in the post). When paying online by Credit Card, we use Payment Express to ensure the security of your data. As an organisation associated with digital technologies we pride ourselves on our firewall, data storage and protection policies. To receive goods on credit complete the attached credit application form.
Delivery
Orders are processed within three days of being received. To ensure they reach you in top condition, goods are carefully selected and packed in bubblewrap or solid card from our Christchurch premises. We want you to receive your publications timely and effecient manner, so we use couriers to collect from our door and deliver them to your door. If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your publications when you receive them, or if they have not arrived within 5-10 working days, from the time you placed your order, please contact us.
